The Spirit XT385 has advanced features including muscle activation, remote control keys, and a heart rate profile among many others. The blue backlit LCD screen displays your speed, incline, calories burned, distance, elapsed time, and other relevant information about your workout.
Zwift, an interactive racing and training app, is now compatible with selected Spirit Fitness treadmills and bikes. Zwift is the most used software to connect a treadmill or bike to your computer. All efforts on the treadmill/bike are displayed on your screen in a virtual landscape. Even gradient percentages are automatically adjusted. Running on the XT385 has never been so much fun!
