You can also adjust TV settings, perform diagnostics and maintenance, change the default language, update software versions, and much more.
With the free Spirit Fit app, you can track and log all your workouts. The integrated adjustable fan offers users a cool training experience, while the storage tray provides a safe place for keys, smartphones, etc.
