The LCB is equipped with Bluetooth technology allowing users to store their workout data on an Android or Apple device. This fitness info can be tracked on the free SOLE Fitness App or transferred to other compatible fitness apps like Fitbit, iHealth, RECORD, and MapMyFitness. You can use other applications on your device while the SOLE Fitness App runs in the background, meaning you can watch a movie or check your email while you train and your workout tracker won’t miss a beat!
This model includes an adjustable tablet holder allowing you to watch your favorite program during the workout or follow your training routines.
