Training on the SOLE SR500 rower is more fun than ever thanks to a very smooth air and magnetic resistance movement. The SOLE SR500 is comfortable, easy, and reliable. Thanks to the high seat position, getting on and off is easy. The foot pedals are adjustable in various angles, allowing the user to adopt the perfect posture.
The resistance is controlled by both air and a magnet and can be easily adjusted via the built-in control buttons on the handle.
The SOLE SR500 features a long aluminum rail and is suitable for both shorter and taller athletes up to a body height of 200 cm. Thanks to the foldable design and transport wheels, the SR500 is easy to move and store when not in use.
You can choose from a range of manual and preset programs while you can read detailed feedback on the screen. The SOLE SR500 has 13 different training programs, and with a wireless chest strap (not included), you can monitor your heart rate to get the most out of your workout.
