The advanced Sole Fitness elliptical E95 offers all the features you need to achieve your desired training results. The machine has a large stride length and a very smooth elliptical motion, even at increased resistance levels. This smooth natural movement is made possible by four wheels that glide over dual rails, both forward and backward.
With its innovative design and multi-grip handlebars, you can train in almost any position. This makes the workout more enjoyable, and the different positions provide extra variation. The extra-large revolutionary pedals are tilted 2? inward, allowing for ergonomic training and less stress on the joints.
What sets the Sole E95 apart from other ellipticals on the market is the electronically adjustable incline feature. This “power incline” function offers extra resistance and variable positions, allowing you to target the major muscle groups of the lower body, while the articulating handlebars train the upper body. Use the included wireless chest strap or the built-in handlebar heart rate monitor to monitor your heart rate during training. Both resistance and incline can be adjusted with the built-in buttons in both handlebars, allowing you to train without releasing the handles.

The Sole Fitness E95 is equipped with various training programs, and all training data is easy to read on the large and clear LCD screen. The heart rate programs can be perfectly executed with the included chest strap, as the computer calculates directly at which heart rate you should train based on your age and weight. During training, the resistance is automatically adjusted to stay in the correct heart rate zone.
The E95 is equipped with Bluetooth technology, allowing users to store their training data on an Android or Apple device. This fitness information can be tracked on the free SOLE Fitness App or transferred to other compatible fitness apps such as Fitbit, iHealth, RECORD, and MapMyFitness. You can use other applications on your device while the SOLE Fitness App runs in the background, meaning you can watch a movie or check your email while training, and your workout tracker won’t miss a beat! And with the USB port, you can charge your smartphone while exercising.
