The open frame is made of 11-gauge steel (76 x 76 mm) with a sturdy weight capacity of 450 kg, offering solid, stable, and safe workouts. The SPR500DBL features laser-cut numbers, high-quality J-cup liftoffs, safety spotter arms, and chinning bars for pull-ups, chin-ups, leg raises, and more. Optional attachments and accessories are available to customize the rack to your needs and preferences. Attachments include band pegs, storage trays, ball rebounders, bar holders, dip stations, plyo steps, U-links, and much more.
