This preacher curl bench for home use is primarily used with an EZ-curl bar or short straight bar but can also be used for doing dumbbell isolation curls.
The PPB32X Preacher Curl Bench eliminates cheating and elbow stress while providing perfect isolation to hammer your biceps. The heavy gauge construction allows for a 136 kg weight capacity. Adjustable seat pad accommodates different size users so the arm pad is exactly where it needs to be to properly work the biceps.
