Body-Solid Tools Dumbbell Spotter Hooks allow you to connect and hang dumbbells on barbell bars, making it unnecessary to position dumbbells for chest and shoulder presses. This provides a safe and comfortable way to perform dumbbell exercises without straining the athlete’s shoulders.
These hooks are sturdy and lightweight, with a weight capacity of 150 lbs (68 kg). They fit on dumbbell handles with a diameter of up to 1.38 inches (3.5 cm) and a length of up to 5 inches (12.7 cm).
The rubber protection prevents damage to dumbbells, and the Velcro secures the hook safely during lifting.
